UEFA EURO 2024: media accreditations for Host City Dortmund are now possible

Press and media representatives can simply apply online to be accredited by the City of Dortmund for UEFA EURO 2024. The accreditation is a mandatory requirement for reporting at the public viewing in Westfalenpark and in the central fan zone on Friedensplatz.

There will be a large national and international media presence in Dortmund during the UEFA European Championship. Journalists and technical staff can use this link to apply for accreditation for broadcasts and reporting until May 21, 2024. The option "Euro 2024 accreditation - press" must be selected in the online form.

Important: Persons who are already accredited by UEFA do not need to submit this application, as they are already automatically accredited for the central venues in Dortmund.

The City of Dortmund accreditation form must be completed by each person individually. Proof of identity is required by uploading a scan of the press card.

Important: It is essential to ensure that only the field "Press Center" is selected in the field “Place of work”.

After successful accreditation, journalists will receive a confirmation email and gain access to the large public viewing area in Westfalenpark, where up to 25,000 spectators are expected. After successful accreditation, there is also the possibility of gaining access to Friedensplatz, which will be the pulsating center of the soccer festival in the city center as a fan zone. More information on these two open-air venues in Dortmund can be found here.

Information on OB vans for TV broadcasters / TV productions, SNG parking spaces, opening hours of the Friedensplatz and Westfalenpark press centers and the distribution of accreditation will be announced soon.
